Joe Rankin
Deacon
Joe leads our Alpha Hub here at Home Church, and with his team, deliver the Alpha course and Alpha Youth over all of our locations. And, in 2023, Joe and his team will be adding to their Alpha portfolio with the Pre-Marriage Course, the Marriage course and the Parenting Course.
Joe also heads up the Hospitality Team for our church which includes our tea and coffee service and church catering, drawing on his past experience as a Hotel Manager. His sole drive in this role is to ensure that everyone that comes to Home Church receives the warmest possible welcome, and the best possible coffee!
Joe is also our Church Treasurer and, with his team, takes care of all church finances. He is also involved with developing robust new church systems and has recently been involved in developing our new church website along with Chris.
Outside of church Joe loves to spend time with his wife and children and has a passion for cooking and entertaining. He also has a real heart for evangelism and salvation and hopes to grow further in ministry in the near future.
