We are stepping into an exciting new season for Home Church as we move towards purchasing a permanent home in Maryhill, Glasgow.

This building is more than a practical next step. It is an opportunity to establish a lasting base for worship, discipleship, community life, and online ministry. With over 2,500 student accommodation places nearby, Maryhill gives us a unique opportunity to reach students, young adults, and the wider community with the gospel for years to come.

The building itself is a historic Rennie Mackintosh designed property, carrying deep cultural and architectural significance. Our heart is to honour its heritage while reimagining it as a living, active space filled with worship, mission, and everyday community life.

The purchase price of the building is £370,000. In addition, we anticipate around £150,000 in essential works and equipment to prepare the space and ensure our in-person gatherings and online ministry can continue and grow. This brings the total project goal to £520,000.

This is a significant step of faith, and we are inviting our Home Church family and friends to partner together in making it possible. Your giving will help secure a permanent home that enables stability, growth, and long-term impact for Home Church and the communities we serve. To put this into perspective, if 600 people each gave £72 per month for 12 months, the full amount could be raised without the need for a loan. Whether through regular giving, a one-off gift, or prayerful support, every contribution matters and plays a part.
